This program is also known as ‘No To Violence’.  The emphasis is on taking responsibility and control of anger and making life easier.

 

Mens Behaviour Change can also help you to learn the difference between standard anger and abnormal anger. These courses can help you to cope and handle normal anger in a way that is healthy. You will also learn why people become angry in the first place, and you will learn how to deal with it in a positive manner.

 

Those who have issues with anger will generally have outbursts which are a result of specific events. They may react by screaming or shouting, and they may even be involved in physical violence.

 

When people are confronted with anger and aggression one of the first things they ask themselves is why are people acting this way?

While there are a number of reasons for why someone may become angry or aggressive, the most basic reason is because they believe that acting in this manner is the best method for handling their anger.
